Payment
All services require full advance payment. The client is responsible for any additional transaction fees or applicable taxes. Payment details will be clearly outlined at the time of order confirmation.
Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions on delivered work within 7 days of completion. In certain cases, we may accept revision requests within 14 days. Revisions will be completed according to the urgency specified at the time of request:
- For orders with 24-hour urgency: revisions completed within 24 hours
- For orders with 24–48-hour urgency: revisions completed within 48 hours
- For orders with urgency beyond 48 hours: revisions completed within 72 hours
Project Requirements
All project requirements will be mutually agreed upon before starting. Any disputes or concerns will be addressed based on these initial terms, this policy, and professional service standards.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund if we have not yet begun work on your project. If work has started, a partial refund may be granted after deducting applicable transaction fees. Refunds are not available for discounted or promotional service packages
If you’re unsatisfied with a product or service, you may request a refund within 5 days of completion. If we cannot resolve your concerns through our unlimited revision policy, a percentage-based refund may be issued. After 5 days without a refund request, we will assume your satisfaction with the work delivered
